But unlike previous extreme weather events in Texas which led to deadly blackouts, the grid is holding up remarkably well this week. Study shows a TVA change to solar and wind energy would cut costs to ratepayers
Home Solar
I got out my KUB bill and started planning out my home system. A solar/wind hybrid that will allow drip charging of the system 24 hours a day and storage capacity to power e vehicles are high on the list. Thus far, it appears to be cheaper than I originally thought. If TVA and KUB buy excess at equal value to what they sell, this might well be the ticket.

Happy Birthday Fischbobber!
Relax and save some energy today. You deserve some R & R after all your hardwork
at UPS. You need to stay rested and use that youthful mind to accomplish more in an energy efficient way.
Thanks.

Your welcome. I appreciate your dedication to good causes and ideas and your rejection of the mindless Republican philosophy that is so harmful to the interests of Americans.
At 63 years old, I hope in the last third of our lives we can both do our share to convince misguided Republican voters to turn against the ways of Trump, and Burchett and Lee and elect candidates that fight for their interests.
Sometimes the best causes are the lost causes but we should never give up. Eventually, I hope and pray most of those misguided souls will see the light.

The older I get the more afraid I am to get too involved in politics. Many of the Republicans are displaying too much hatred and violence.
