What became of the lawsuit against commissioners?

Was there not a lawsuit to remove a couple of commissioners over their testimony in the Sunshine lawsuit? I think it got postponed during the appointments of the temporary CCers earlier this year. Anyone heard anything regarding that suit?

Yup. I think it targeted Scoobie & Grumpy because they were the only two who didn't admit they violated the Sunshine Law.

Have no idea what happened to it.

It is a Herb lawsuit. So it may be tried on the 12th of Never.
