University of Houston waives tuition to families making $65,000 or less

The University of Houston will waive tuition for students with family incomes at or below $65,000, in an effort to keep college accessible.

The announcement comes weeks after the University of Southern California made a similar move.

The University of California at Santa Cruz just feed more than 50 graduate students--the ones who teach the undergrad courses. They were protesting that rent in that expensive town cost more than half their pay and were asking for a cost of living increase.

Is a rebranded New Deal Democrat. About as mainstream as they come.

He's fighting a fifty year propaganda campaign that has moved this country so far right, those of us over sixty don't even relate to this being the nation we grew up in.
