Looks like a lot of out of state students may be in our college and university system future. In college I recall folks from out of state telling me it was cheaper to pay out of state tuition here than from their home state. I wonder if this will have a ripple effect at other university systems? Like UT and TBR, or whatever they end up being.

Hikes on the way

From what I understand, the 2011-2012 academic year is being referred to as "the financial cliff" in TBR budget discussions. When the stimulus money runs out, everybody is going to be hurting.
