Well after two hours on hold with Social Security I decided to hang up my phone. They did warn me at the beginning I might have to wait as much as 70 minutes. I dont have much faith things will get better but maybe they will surprise me. Just pointing out problems is not how build something of good quality. You also have to point out what is working well and acknowledge it and continue it and build on it.

It reminds me of the problems
It reminds me of the problems everyone appears to be having with hiring. Not enough people to fill all the jobs. Why is that?
We were at Panera in Alcoa the other day. Placed the order online. They had a sign on the door that customers must use the Kiosk to order. They did not have enough personnel to man the cash registers. It did say that if someone needed help they could ask one of the employees.
