The front page of today's Knoxville News Sentinel features an article about two guys in Maryville with a new hot dog cart. The article and photos take up nearly half the business section front page. Seriously, this is the big business news in East Tennessee?
(Nothing against two guys and a hot dog cart. We wish them luck with their startup. Wonder if they got any state or federal funding for job retraining or incentives for their capital investment in the cart?)

...but maybe that story isn't just about the hot dog stand. Check out the photograph. Is that not the same Shawn Carter who is challenging Democrat Commissioner David Ballard?
