Agreed. This is a tough story for television news to cover and Watson has done an outstanding job. Just wish she worked 7 days a week! -- s.

Smoke and Mirrors

Smoke and Mirrors... I tell you that is all we get from the Mayor and his talking heads...

Mayor Ragsdale Lets not worry about spending public money on expensive dinner because look it brought us more money for schools and seniors blah blah blah...

Mayor Ragsdale let's look at economic development... he say we have added 22,000 jobs to our region... someone please show me the real jobs in Knox County... anyone anyone know where these real jobs are... not me...

Let's give Sea Ray a huge $$$ incentive to move big dollar jobs to downtown... it is my understanding that these jobs have already gone back to Chicago... but has Sea Ray given back the tax payer money???

Mayor Ragsdale, let's talk about funding schools and building new and better schools... no wait we can't not fully fund the new Knox county high school... why is that oh yea... you gave $5,000,000 to Blount county for a business park located in Blount county... good investment... are we really going to see a return on property taxes for that Knox county investment... oh wait.. no we will not… that money was given to Blount Count...

Ok the list goes on and and on and on... why don't you and your staff just go...

The news media can have a field day if they just roll up the shirt sleaves and start digging... some reporter is going to make a name for themselfe by bring down a corrupt Mayor and his staff...
