Googling Victor Ashe, I came across this:

Ask the Ambassador a Question

What would folks like to ask him?

Bored?

Why on Earth would anyone want to Google Victor Ashe?

If you're that bored, I have some baseboards that need to be cleaned. And the deck needs to be pressure-washed.

I can't imagine Hizzoner giving a straight answer to anything I might be curious about.

You might be surprised at

You might be surprised at what Victor'd say if he's in the right mood. When he decides to talk, he's very candid and he is, of course, extremely smart. Probably nobody gave him a harder time than I did, but I've had some good exchanges with him over the years.

Hizzoner

Even this hausfrau had some lengthy exchanges with him, Bean. Back on k2k, there were instances when we had back-and-forths of 3 and 4 off-list e-mails, sequentially, during his working hours.

I gotta say, the first time it happened, I was astounded at his candor and his willingness to offer more in-depth discussion on a subject--with a nobody.
