Election Laws - As introduced, implements the Tennessee Voter Confidence Act only if the general assembly includes a specific recurring appropriation in the general appropriations act for the 2011-2012 fiscal year to cover all increased costs to counties directly attributable to the Voter Confidence Act. - Amends TCA Title 2.
