The road that leads to Fort Dickerson Park will soon be dotted with duplexes.

City records indicate plans for each duplex to contain two residences. The buildings, located at 3082 and 3084 Fort Dickerson Road, are both three stories tall. They’re across the road from the Lambert Overlook and the start of the Fort Dickerson trail. Chapman Highway runs just east of the properties.

What's that being built near the entrance to Fort Dickerson Park?

I was wondering about the buildings going up at Ft. Dickerson park. Interesting.

What is it that duplexes have 3 stories?
