DTV host Doug Veum welcomes Arlene Amarante, Executive Director of the Immigrant Justice League and William Gill, professor of law at Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law to DTV to discuss recent issues relating to immigration both in Tennessee and at the Southern Border. Both Ms. Amarante and Mr. Gill have done work to protect the constitutional rights of people seeking asylum in the United States. Their experiences and how they relate to the issues around immigration and immigrants are troubling and enlightening.
