The thing that mystifies me

The thing that mystifies me is how all these new neighborhoods are being built, not just in South Knoxville, and the roads are not being upgraded to handle the additional traffic.

Increases in property tax revenue or sales tax revenue will not make up for the infrastructure needs new development brings.
