KnoxViews is pleased and excited to announce NoshViews, featuring expert local restaurant reviews by gourmet and raconteur Russ McBee. Russ will post local restaurant reviews and other food and dining related commentary from time to time.

Read more about NoshViews at the NoshViews page, and see the first review below. There's also a new section over on the right column with links to current reviews. (And a separate RSS feed here.)

Enjoy, and bon appetit!

Thank you!

Randy, thank you so much for all the hard work you've put into making this happen. You've gone to tremendous lengths to make it so simple for me; all I have to do is eat and write.

I love that.

In the beginning, I'll probably be posting a lot of four- and five-star reviews. This is on purpose; I'm trying to establish an outline of what I consider exemplary among local restaurants.

We have some great chefs in this area, and I'm looking forward to exploring and sharing what they have to offer.

Whoa!

Eat and write! The job I've always wanted...except for that "write" part. Sounds a bit too much like work.

I can tell this new feature is going to cost me money and extra time on the bike.

Great Idea!

Great idea and Russ is the perfect person for the job.

Looking forward to reading more reviews. The Homeland Cafe is completely new to me and I can't wait to try it out.

Thanks for sharing the info, Russ!

Awesome!

I'm so excited to read about this! It'll be good to finally get some local food scene reviews.

Go, Russ!!
