I watched on MSNBC.com. The
I watched on MSNBC.com. The streaming video stopped streaming well just about when the oath started. It was stop and go through the speech. I had watched the previous 45 minutes smooth as silk.
I couldn't get on CNN or CSPAN at all during the speech, too busy.
