Summit Towers is a federally subsidized apartment facility for low-income and disabled/elderly.

It is being reported a man jumped to his death from the 12th floor of Summit Towers this morning.

Just under three months ago it was reported another man jumped to his death from the 10th floor of Summit Towers.

What's going on? Does someone need to send a social worker to the complex?

This answers my question.

This answers my question. Yes, they do need a social worker to visit the complex along with better healthcare services in the State of Tennessee.

Social Workers part of problem

Those sweet young social workers can be ice cold with certain individuals. It takes a whole, whole, whole lot to drive someone to such an act. These people were surely under SEVERELY EXTREME duress. Mental illness can effect behavior PATTERNS and attitudes but it does not remove the fear of death and pain from anyone. Thats a fact. Something definitely is going on at Summit Towers and at every such facility. If I told you tho, you would not believe me.
