There was some bill about psych counselors not having to advise people if it went against their religious beliefs (the driver was a case in Michigan where someone was discharged for refused to advise a gay teen).
Some psychologists/psych professors advised that (1) this was against the industry's code of ethics for psychologists and (2) could cause schools here to lose their accreditation with the professional association.
But it passed the Senate by a wide margin anyway. This state is going to be completely disassembled in a few months anyway, it's going to be like Bangladesh.
