The tone for this war was set months before it even started when Bush ordered the bombing of a residential dwelling in an atempt to kill Saddam. 54 civilians were killed including women and children...But not Saddam.

Oh, Well.

I've often wondered what would have happened if Saddam had been killed at that point. The scenarios are frighteningly interesting.

I can't even imagine the horror it takes to make human beings become savages, but then I have never served in the military and I don't support war. It's a disgusting business and certainly should never be initiated over a pack of filthy lies by politicians who have a personal agenda based on paranoia.
