Blount County Sheriff's office responded to a domestic dispute call at 1105 Jacob Springs Blvd in Rockford. Shots were fired. Blount County Sheriff James "said he estimated Millsaps to have fired around 150-300 rounds." "Millsaps had multiple high-powered rifles and handguns in almost every area of the house, Berrong said." "Berrong said there was an elderly woman within the home at the time of the shooting who was believed to be a bedridden relative. "

"Berrong said this marks four officers being shot in four months, with one of those being fatal. Berrong also said BCSO had responded to the same home on multiple occasions."

Something has to be done. It's not safe for us or our protectors. Keep our law enforcement officers safe. Keep us safe. Some sort of gun controls are needed.
