elected Sylvia Woods for Knox County Democratic Party Chair.

The vote was

Knox County Democratic Party Bylaws

Article III Sec.3.(a)

"The Executive Committee shall consist of
the members of the Board of Governors &
the Chair of each Precinct Committee."

There are 28 members of the Board of Governors
& 90 precincts in the county.

You can do the math & see that the Executive
Committee is not @ full strength.

The shortfall is we do not have Chairs
in every precinct.

Article III sec.3.(a) has been in the bylaws
for the 28 years I've been active in the
county Party.
