Suttree Landing Park Wins Governor's Environmental Stewardship Award

I'm pretty sure it was a bulk

I'm pretty sure it was a bulk molasses storage/distribution facility, not oil. At least that's what it was when I lived a block away and used to jump in the river off their barge dock. We used to climb up on top of the tanks, too. The smell would just about knock you out.
