Ruby Tuesday recently converted one of their Maryville restaurants to test a new concept called Marlin and Ray's. Their soft opening was last week and they're now ready for business. This is the first and only location.

The menu has some some Ruby Tuesday standards but features expanded seafood choices. Here's the menu. They are going for a "fun" casual atmosphere, with happy hour and drink specials. Here's the beverage menu.

We haven't been yet, but the Mrs. likes seafood so I expect we will be going once the crowds thin out a little.
