Did this commission do anything substantial during its short lifespan?

Not saying I support disbanding it - but I think that the darned thing was dying of disuse anyway.

You gotta admit, the operating standards for doing state business are so low that what might appear to be unethical to a jury might simply be construed as "business as usual" among Tennessee pols. Or at least that was the defense of those stung by TN Waltz.

I mean, it's not like they took a hard look at the Bredesen Bunker or at Dave Cooley's ticket fixing...
