So sorry...
On behalf of the seven Democrats and the plethora of Neo-cons who are my neighbors here in the 6th district (and who are nevertheless considerably more tasteful than the Lump), my sincere apologies.
(Note to those of you with whom I am not personally acquainted: No, the gun-totin' Ma Barker there in Les's picture who just happens to be named Tamara isn't me and isn't anyone I know or want to know, either.)
Please help us.
What a relief
Yes, I thought of you right away when I saw the name. I checked to see if your last name ended with a K.
Be a blessing to someone today.

I know the other Tamara and she's quite a wonderful person.
Knoxville is a small town. There's a good chance you'll run into people in a social situation at some point. (Tam just barely missed the blogger bash last night.) You might not want to go casting aspersions on people with whom you haven't had the pleasure of making acquaintance.

Apologies, Les
Les: "I know the other Tamara and she's quite a wonderful person."
Could be I attached too much importance to that "Occupation: Merchant of Death" tag!
But seriously--I didn't realize you were acquainted, I'm sorry, and I intended no harm.

I don't know her, but she had a picture of herself toten a machine gun for Pete's sake. I would think she jokingly was expecting that kind of response.
Adrift in the Sea of Humility
Hey, Les.
Hey, Les. Take a chill pill.
The "shotgun wedding"
The "shotgun wedding" ceremonies will be held at the Coal Creek Armory
How romantic!
Tamara:
Sorry if I over-reacted. The other Tam is a friend, and a pretty amazing person.
The "merchant of death" thing is an ironic reference to her 12 years or so selling firearms.

I wonder which news station
I wonder which news station will get coverage of a "shot gun wedding" performed by Lumpy, assuming there will be some takers. I imagine that is the purpose of the stunt, get more TV coverage? That is what Lumpy does best. He may have to stage one just for the cameras.

Let the circus begin. Forget
Let the circus begin. Forget about fiscal issues or more importantly this whole debacle with appointments, it is time to move on folks. Let the more important issues like shot gun weddings and baby kissing photo ops begin.
