Federal officials have charged two contractors with conspiring to disrupt Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in Knoxville earlier this month.
...
Federal authorities accuse the two of plotting to block the entrance to a Hardin Valley construction site with Bonilla-Servin’s pickup truck in an effort to impede ICE agents.
This is the first I've heard of such an event in Knoxville area. I hope they have good lawyers.

No warrant: Hardin Valley ICE arrests should be tossed, attorneys argue. ICE agents provided no warrant during the raid nor have they provided one since, attorneys for the two U.S. citizens said in a court filing.
