Latest TVA board nominee won Nobel Prize for work on climate research

The White House has announced his plans to nominate Marilyn A. Brown for one of two vacant seats on the nine-member board.

This is good news.

Perhaps we'll see some turning of direction for energy production from the gargantuan ship called TVA.  It's time TVA led the way in clean energy for this country.  With the original assignment TVA had being renewed of jobs, jobs, jobs for the people in the valley.
