Walked for half an hour in downtown Knoxville yesterday. Including myself, I saw a total of three masks. Excluding employees of businesses.

If there is a decent level of diligence regarding distancing, masks, hand washing, sanitizing, deep into flu season, it will be interesting to see the impact on flu cases and deaths.
