I was just up in W. Kentucky

I was just up in W. Kentucky this weekend - locals are reporting die-offs of the deer population.

And it's in Tennessee now, too. Not really widely reported.

The going theory is that because it's been so hot, deer are going to watering holes that are more common to these disease-bearing gnats and hanging out longer.
