Truth Hurts and those that pushed for an income tax

will not be allowed back in the Government of the State of Tennessee.

This would also seem to apply to Justin Wilson, who would like to be the next Attorney General and Reporter for the State of Tennessee. However, his position on a state income tax is well defined and will be a topic for debate in the event the Republican majority elects to make a change at these politically appointed statewide positions.

Why save? Spend it if you got it.

Meanwhile, back at the Ranch, that same state government is cutting services and programs like a Sicilian barber because, um, there are no revenues.

If your hero Bredesen had not pissed away the surplus we would not be in this box. We could cut the bloat. But who has the guts? Not the current Governor.

taxes

While Kim McMillan is an impressive person, when talking about her gov. run on WATE she did that proverbial "I was for the income tax before I was against it" dance. That said the voting public are the people who don't comprehend our regressive tax system or they don't trust the food tax would stay low should we get an income tax, part of it is trust. But I'm so over hearing the pols do this song and dance over it.

Dirtbag?

Why call Governor Bredesen a dirtbag? Why not say I disagree with the governor on these points or even the governor is wrong on everything?

I like expressing myself on Knoxviews but I try my damndest not to personally attack people..disagree yes & yes rah rah for people I like.

To be honest I know alota people that have read Knoxviews & wanted to see how this 21st century media works but have been turned off not by differing opinions but the language of the debate.
