Restaurants can open for dine-in at 50% capacity starting Monday. Not clear if this applies to Knoxville or Knox Co., which are operating separately from state orders. Mayor Kincannon's most recent orders expired 4/20, if I'm not mistaken. Jacobs will be first in line at Ruth's Chris. Expecting clarity soon...

It won't apply to Knox County

It won't apply to Knox County unless Jacobs says it does. And I don't see Indya opening things up that soon.

People do not need to eat

People do not need to eat out. You cannot eat with a mask on. Restaurant workers and customers will likely pay the price with many getting the virus. I knew Lee was not a good leader but his decision defies science and the experts. Even those misguided people that voted for him do not deserve his pathetic leadership.
