I would add, for anyone else, if you get any unsolicited call, text, tweet, facebook "friend" request, letter, email, or someone knocking on your door regarding any financial related matter, hang up, do not reply, do not respond, slam the door or whatever.
We live in a predatory, unregulated, "free" market. Proceed accordingly.
