Missing middle
I've been keeping an eye on the market. In South Knoxville it seems to consist of pre flip sales of 60-70k and flipped homes from 170k to as much as 330k. Is there any market for in between homes or do buyers expect something that looks like HGTV.
The pre flips usually don't show up on the MLS as they are procured by postcards and robocalls. I see one house on Riggs that sold to a pre-flipper last June for 71k, then to a flipper in July for 100k. This February it sold for 248k.
