The breakdown at the UT early voting location, which was open during the last three days of early voting, shows a breakdown of 71% Democratic (851 votes), and 29% Republican (356 votes).
Not sure how the turnout compares historically, but it's certainly an overwhelming youth (presumably) vote for Democrats. Wonder how many were for Obama? I'd guess about 80%.

What's up with Diane Jordan going into the voting booth?
Today's KNS reports that Diane Jordan voted Republican and is helping others - at least 5 to do so...
Doesn't this violate the 100' zone for campaigning at the polls? It's more subtle, but if she is hanging around in her big hat offering to help folks vote - for JJ - what's the difference???
And for traditional Dems to vote Rep just to vote for JJ, that takes away their Presidential vote.
This smells fishy. She is clearing influencing votes - not helping the illiterate. The @#$%wheel was a pain to vote for all those delegates, but I understand the Dem ticket had a simpler process. That strikes me as odd also.
sweet
That UC vote looks sweet to me.
In '06
10-N(fort)voted 304 early for Ford..76%
10-S(UC)voted 190 early for Ford..75%
My neighbor,who I registered,voted Clinton @ the UC.
But all was not lost..she also voted McKinzie in the 1st.
It'd be hard to say, without
It'd be hard to say, without a breakdown by gender. Hillary is doing pretty well among women, across the board.
I've spoken frequently to the students for Obama over at UT
They are eager, passionate, and sparkling like firecrackers over all their peers that are voting for Obama. A couple of them have never been involved in elections before, yet they are working the phones night and day.
