Complete, current charter does not exist

At least as far as I know. The Municode version does not incorporate the latest election results (Nov. '06). And if I remember correctly, whoever is in charge of the charter never incorporated the original results of the term-limits ballot. I can't find it in the charter myself, and I think the opinion from Weaver also mentioned that the term limits were never actually codified in the charter.
Here at the law library, we have not received any updates to our paper charter & code set since 2001.
