There has been a steady increase in coronavirus (covid-19) cases in Tennessee.

According to the TN Dept. of Health, there are 34,446 cases in TN and 524 deaths.
That is an additional 4,905 cases in one week and an additional 52 reported deaths.

685,381 residents have been tested.
That is an additional 84,220 tests in the past week.
25,520 less tests were given in the last week as compared to the week before.

Hospitalizations are up. From June 12 to June 19 the number of patients hospitalized for the coronavirus has increased by 34 from 391 to 425.

5.0% of TN residents tested for the coronavirus have tested positive for the coronavirus.
9.9% of the 6.89 million people estimated to live in TN have been tested for the coronavirus.
