Charles West, owner of West Chevrolet in Alcoa, TN, couldn't wait. To be ahead of the curve, he purchased a Volt from a DC dealer. Now you can go visit West Chevrolet, in Alcoa, to learn first hand what makes the Chevy Volt tick.
Since GM isn't currently marketing the Volt in Tennessee, he's maintaining a waiting list of prospective buyers.
I hope to go check it out soon.
