The Maryville Daily Times posted an editorial cartoon by Bob Englehart, Cagle.com, "A Test for the Presidency". The test is, Do you know what a QR code is?
Pretty stupid, huh? QR codes were invented in 1994 and used quite frequently back in 2011.
Do the younger generations know what a UPC code is? An ISBN code?
George H.W. Bush was 64 when elected president. He was amazed at a grocery store scanner. Pretty sure it was nothing to do with his age.
Give it a break. Some people are great at any age. Some people are just not capable at any age.
