Ban new gas stoves, a federal safety commissioner proposes
Ban new gas stoves, a federal safety commissioner proposes; CPSC says no such official plan yet

I saw that article and had no idea there could be health problems related to gas stoves. My Mother always used a gas stove. She had to have tanks delivered since there were no natural gas lines in the neighborhood. Her stoves were also helpful when she had no heat because of power outages. I'm pretty sure of our 8 person family no one had health problems related to gas stove usage.
I've never had a gas stove. Thought about it a couple of times.
Now I'm thinking of going with an electric or hybrid (electric/heat pump) hot water heater when it comes time to replace our gas hot water heater.

We upgraded to continuous flow. Cheaper, and we no longer run out of hot water. It's gas though, I think.

Hmmm. Never heard of that type of water heating. Read up on it and it sounds interesting. Most of the articles were from Australia.

Cedar Bluff plumbing did mine. I'm sure there are other companies. They did stock them at Home Depot.
