KnoxCounty Early Voting Numbers

If Brian's Blog would please post his source, next time.

BriansBlog's picture

Obviously

the source is the Knox County Election Commission. Where else would I get this information?

You can live a better life or a bitter life.....it's your choice

JustJohnny's picture

dumbass

You think I didn't know that? It is just plain blog etiquette to post a link to the source.

....drops a dollar in the curse jar...

So,

your now enrolled in photshop at the correctional facility, nice.

I didn't realize that KnoxViews had or participated in proper blog etiquette. The recap that I receive is in email form. If the KnoxViews readers do not want to follow the numbers, I will decontinue posting the numbers. I thought it was information that a majority of the progressives would want to see. I will happily only post this information at Brian's Blog located at (link...).

Unless, requested no further early vote numbers will be posted here at KnoxViews.

Never wrong

Just so you all know Brain Hornback is never wrong, never at fault. His motto is "You can live a better life or a bitter life.....it's your choice" and his operative technique is "Admit nothing, deny everything."

Brian, please continue to post the early voting numbers and please include a link. Thank you.

Take Care, Be Good and don't play in the street!

heh

yeah...photoshop 101. Its friday.

Herr Hornback, my point is simply that your should post a link to the source. Obviously, the PDF of the numbers (which I linked to above) are posted on the KnoxCounty website.

...back to photoshop....I've got a real cute one of you and Studly Stacey! Click and browse through, you'll find it. If I could just find one of rosco, I'd hook you up with a nice one of you and timmy.

Thank you, Brian.  Now go

Thank you, Brian.  Now go get some help with your, you're, ewer grammar.  It's tacky for a man in your position to show such a lack of couth.

thanks brian

thanks for the info...brian,do u think a majority will vote early?..the last time the democrats won knox county back to back for governor was Clement'62/Ellington'66..can Bredesen pull it off in'02/'06?

Bill Young

in August 2006 54% of the votes cast were cast early. The numbers for the past two days look promising for a Majority of the votes to be cast by early voters. This afternoon, I cast my votes with the youngest Brian's Blog son.

To all the Progressive readers of KnoxViews, Bill Young is a Good Democrat. We don't agree, but we have civility and respect for one another. Something that is lacking with the Deaniac Demos.

redmondkr, if the best you can do is complain about your, you're. You should really go find something to do. Just Johnny may be able to get you into the correctional facilities photoshop class on friday's.

I will continue to post the numbers for the Progressive readers of KnoxViews.

Brian, I do pretty well with

Brian, I do pretty well with Photoshop CS.  As a matter of fact, I'm pretty happy with the way most things are going in my life.  I don't do well responding to pompous twits.  Do they have a remedial plan for that?

I will continue to post the numbers for the Progressive readers of KnoxViews.

 Don't bother.

BriansBlog's picture

it appears

that you are in the minority, knoxquerious. SteveMule, Bill Young and even redmondkr have encouraged the continued posting of the early vote numbers.

I am sorry that you are in the minority, you're probably use it, tough.

BriansBlog, please feel free

BriansBlog, please feel free to continue posting these early vote numbers here. It saves me the trouble.

I'm pretty sure most of us know where they came from, or are on the mailing list.

At any rate, I'm not sure what anyone can infer from them at this point. I've been following the numbers and wasn't that interested. The early voting numbers were more interesting in the Aug. county general as sort of tea leaves to try to divine how the local races were going. In a statewide election, who knows? It's anybody's guess at this point.

But keep posting the numbers. I'm sure we can all figure out ways to spin them one way or another. And like I said, it saves me the trouble.

BriansBlog's picture

Thanks.

It is my own little contribution to the greater Progressive forum, known as KnoxViews. I am just trying to be productive here.

What was the message in the tea leaves from August?
The Republican Countywide Sweep?
I doubt it.
I would say that everyone except the Republicans and me thought that the Orange ballot was successful, until about 10:00 p.m. on 8/3/06.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

BriansBlog, we are

BriansBlog, we are overwhelmed by your generosity in trying to help out the progressive community of Knoxville and East Tennessee. By this simple act, you have proven yourself to be a non-partisan guy whose only interest is better government and better informed voters. My hat is off to you, sir. When you come to the Bredesen/Ford victory party, it will be my honor and pleasure to buy you a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice.

BriansBlog's picture

I won't

attend a/the Bredesen/Ford Victory Party. I would be happy to drink a cup of coffe with you the next morning/day after the Bryson/Corker victory, however.

Let's see, Bryson's polling in the 20's and someone's talking of a victory party?

How do you spell delusional?

BriansBlog's picture

Mammaw

it ain't over until it's over on November 7, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. It's too early for my fellow blogger R. Neal to assume that there will be a Bredesen/Ford victory party.

I appreciate that fact that he remembered the non-alcoholic adult drink part.

The only poll that matters is the one on election day, cast by the voters. I have won many and lost a few campaigns that I have been involved in the past 24 years (since my first REPUBLICAN campaign in 1982, I was 16 years old).

Really?

You post the stuff you do and don't drink? What did it? Bad acid in high school?

Mamaw, you're asking Brian

Mamaw, you're asking Brian Hornback how to spell??

I'll worry once these things

I'll worry once these things become tallies or returns. Until then... whatever.

I just wanted to highlight to the average reader that Greg Mackay updates the (link...) website daily with the numbers.

Brian~ You are doing a great service for your county. I'm still hunting for that rosco pic though.....
