WVLT reports that votes sent via FedEx may not be counted! Seems to be some controversy.
I'm not convinced that the impact would be substantial because there probably won't be enough voters using FedEx.
Does anyone know the definitive answer to this query?
EDIT: According to the article, the Secretary of State and the Knox Co. Administrator of Elections say that it is permissable to send ballots via FedEx.
