Thank you, and appraisal

Thank you for making that information available to the public.

I have a question for Mr. Van de Vate.
Is there a reason that you all will not allow a professional appriasal of the Hillcrest properties? The citizens need to know what their property is really worth. And it would help the commissioners make up their minds about the best way to proceeed with this property.

Thank you,
Alan Summers

right hand -left hand

If the office of illusion is asking you to look at what's in their right hand, you would be better informed if you could see what they are trying to hide in their left hand. Any time they offer anything, be sure, it is for a reason.

That's a non sequitir.

The Mayor's office admitted mistakes were made and made adjustments to correct them.

It is unreasonable and unjustified to continue to attack the Mayor's office when they are the only part of County government that has admitted that errors were made in the past and taken actions to resolve them.

part of our duty

Oh, but it is part of our duty as tax paying citizens of Knox County to continue to make sure that mayor Ragsdoll is held to the fire. There are many things being investigated, and those will put him out of office at the least. So, until that time, or 2010, we will continue with our efforts.
