Best I can tell, Gloria

Best I can tell, Gloria Johnson is the only Democratic challenger who has a website and an active campaign. Does anyone know websites for the others?

Gloria!

Gloria! Gloria! Gloria!

Maybe she can do something about the asbestos filled schools that the school board keeps denying is a problem. Looks like it was a problem for Mike LaSorsa, FIVE years ago. South-Doyle finally got around to closing the library Thursday (this week) to pretend to clean it up.

Good move on getting high

Good move on getting high school voters registered and hopefully engaged.

To me k-12 should be an organized focus of developing an engaged active electorate.

Thanks. We registered a lot of young voters

and we have a progressive hawks club at HVA. Bernie won the primary in that precinct. Anecdotal but we have some ideas why... To win here everyone needs to be involved however they can be. A high school student helped assemble the website, many, many others have helped Donna in her campaign. Local progressives, imv, would do well to learn how to deliver on basic operational capacity and participate. For example in our district we have 5 out of 8 precincts with chairs and co-chairs. Baby steps...
