One of the best comedians of my generation is dead at the age of 87 and he took Maude Frickert with him.

If you haven't already, you owe it to yourself to see It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.

Jonathan Winters

Funny, funny guy.

And a talented actor as well. I still remember him as the all time greated pool player playing Jack Klugman for immortality in an early Twilight Zone episode.

But mostly he made me laugh.

RIP.

Yes, he was a comedic giant

Yes, he was a comedic giant (almost literally too) and Robin Williams's inspiration. In my opinion IAMMMMW is simultaneously one of the best and one of the worst comedies ever. I see it both ways every time I watch it. Anyone who hasn't seen it should, though. It's a must watch. I do think JW's character in it was perfectly cast and he's perhaps the funniest of all those greats. He probably improvised much of the role.

He was a funny guy. I

He was a funny guy. I definitely remember IAMMMMW. Loved it. I'll never forget Jimmy Durante's dying scene.

He will be missed. I do love crazy.

Saw him live in 2005

While visiting Los Angeles in 2005 I attended the Jimmy Kimmel Live show. The headliner guest that night was Jonathan Winters. Glad I got to see him in person.
