according to the StormFax Weather Almanac and records kept since 1887, Phil’s predictions have been right a paltry 39 percent of the time

From all indications, he did see his shadow this morning in Gwinnet County, indicating 6 more weeks of winter.

It could go either way, but it's cold out there today.
