Could be. The KNS story has
Could be. The KNS story has changed since my comment. The quote from KPD Sgt. Shawn Neal indicating a "projectile slammed through the student’s driver side window and embedded in the dashboard" is no longer included in the story. It now references the "victim" saying, "he discovered a bullet hole in his dashboard". Did a KPD officer see a window shattered by a bullet and embedded in the dashboard or not? I was thinking it was a false report of road rage, but that a shooting did occur. We'll see.
Ah.

Like in this case - if it turns out that it's simply a case of a car having a bullet hole in it, does it still count toward the total or does there have to be an injury involved? Or is this a log of crimes occurring in the county involving the discharge of a firearm and I've misunderstood the intent?
