1) a detailed questionnaire administered by telephone,
2) if warranted, an invitation to be tested,
3) taking the swab through the window of your car (DON'T WALK INTO THE HOSPITAL),
4) delivering the test results by telephone, and
5) receiving whatever treatment is appropriate.
