What kind of job killing legislation is that! A total ban instead of some miniscule allowable percentage?

I read somewhere that, with the maximum percentage of "defects" the FDA presently allows in manufactured food, for every twenty or so loaves of bread we consume, we've eaten the equivalent of one slice made entirely of mouse droppings.
