Hillcrest gets another bid!

It seems that there is now a new bidder for the Hillcrest properties.
Check out the story in todays KNS.

It seems that the Cornerstone Health Services Group wants to offer $18 to $22 million for the properties that Hillcrest offered $6 million for.

Sounds like we might need to put the property out for competitive bids.
Especially since Mayor Ragsdoll is for the 6 million version, we need to look at all options.
