The easiest way to register to vote is to print the online form, fill it out and mail it in.

Does this mean if I'm going to a neighborhood picnic or some other event & want to take some voter registration forms I could just download them & not have to go Downtown to pick up the forms?

Yep, unless something's changed since last December, Bill.

I conducted a voter registration drive at Powell High last school year and printed forms from the site.

And on collecting the completed forms, you can either mail them in or hand-deliver them (no facsimiles, of course).
