Lot's of activity outside the DNC. Civic Center Park is about 1/2 to 1 mile from the Pepsi Center. The US Mint, the State Capitol building, the Denver Art Museum, and the Colorado History Museum all border the park area. Think World's Fair Park and KMA, oh the potential.

Protesters! What are they protesting?

Finally, protesters. Oh, wait, you can't see the protesters. What you see are the press and/or lookie-loos.

DNC Monday

The protesters are on the move. What are they protesting? It's hard to tell. I think they're 911 conspiracy theorists.

Lone protester

This lone protester attracted a lot of attention. It appeared he was actually following the police around and having a good time. The police officers eventually stopped and posed for pictures with the guy.

Food Not Bombs

The Food not Bombs group attracted a lot of people. You had to wash your own dishes.

I love the flower girl

I have no idea why, it's a 60s thing maybe, but I immediately thought of the Cowsills song, I Love the Flower Girl, when seeing all of these police officers surrounded by flowers.

Go Bama

At first sight I thought I was encountering an Alabama football fan. Where's the Go Vols cart?
