I wish Hornback was on County Commission! Would I ever love to see him "chat" in his "out of the box" i.e. illiterate style! I've got lots of rocks to throw at his glass house:

I am posting to the Knox County Commission Forum to let the citizens of Knox County know that this website will be not only a public service provided to them, but also a great tool for Commissioners. I encourage you to check it often to be better informed about your government.
I'll bet they rarely use it for anything substantive. There's been a lot of whingeing and hand-wringing from county commission about how they desperately need lots more time to discuss things, but when faced with the prospect of doing it publicly and on the record, they'll (mostly) skulk off to their back rooms just like before.
Should be interesting.
Betcha' a dime to a dollar the smart PR firms are lining up to do the first postings for them.

Five posts now. I guess you have to be familiar with the topics, e.g. Norman (?) meeting to discuss water, KCC (?) meeting and education form.
Update: Duh. KCC = Knox County Commission
Not exactly burning up the intertubes, are they?
Once again we have proven to ourselves that technology can't fix people problems.
Hmmm, Commission is gonna have to do a lot of talking this weekend if they want this thing to actually impact Monday's upcoming meeting.
As of today, there are very few posts. The winner is Victoria DeFreese with 6 - all about NRR and 5 of which are responses to her original post.
Not much discussion/deliberating goin' on.
